We take great pride in our plants that are shipping straight from our farm to your house. Based on our years of experience, we have less than 1% of issues each week with our shipment. Many of these issues are related to shipping carriers failing to deliver the parcel on time. While it is unlikely you will ever experience an issue with your plant, we will make things right if you do.
The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with us.
1. All purchases, once shipped, are final. Your order is deemed final and non-returnable once shipped.
2. You can cancel your order any time before it is shipped by contacting us via phone call / Whatsapp us at 012-375 2873.
3. We will notify your shipment via e-mail the day your purchase is shipped. After this time, you will no longer be able to cancel your order.
Lost or Damaged Plants
1. The shipping process usually takes 1-3 business days once the shipping carrier collects the parcels from us. Please contact us if you have not yet received your plants in 3-5 business days after the shipping carrier picks up the parcels from us.
2. It is your responsibility to check the delivery status based on the consignment tracking number given, and arrange a receiver or have a further arrangement with the shipping carrier if you are not around to receive the parcel.
3. Sometimes a shipping carrier loses a plant. When this happens, please let us know if the plant never arrived. We will sort things out with the shipping carrier, and update you on the status of the parcel.
4. If your plant has an issue, it's important that you contact us ASAP - we are only able to resolve issues that are bought to our attention within 3 days once the plants are received (delivered date). We are unable to offer refunds or replacements for any claims opened greater than 3 days after plants are received.
a. We will review the information you send us. Sometimes, we will ask for additional information or photos to help us make a decision. We request that you respond to our requests for additional information or photos within 48 hours. Failure to provide the required information or photos necessary for us to process your claim in a timely manner may result in your claim being denied.
b. If we deem the plant has an issue (damage*) or was lost during shipment (shipping issues), we will issue a refund or replace it free of charge based on our sole discretion. All decisions regarding refunds and replacements are final and are made at our sole discretion.
*As our products are mostly live plants, it is common that the leaves will turn slight yellowish/ leaves drop/ flower or flower buds drop during the shipping process. Thus, the above reasons will not be grounded for a claim.
Rest assured, if your plant needs special care, we should be able to guide you through the steps needed to nurture it back to happiness again.
