Plants selection
As the majority of our products are live plants, we will do our utmost to select the best plant available, as close to the advertised picture as possible. Each plant product is unique and will not have an identical appearance. Your kind understanding is much appreciated.
Shipping policy
We do our best to ship orders as quickly as we can. Based on our current practice, we will ship all orders received every Monday and Tuesday to ensure the freshness of the plants and avoid late delivery or longer delivery lead time.
For postage via local shipping carriers, the delivery process usually will take 1-3 business days after the parcels are collected by the shipping carrier from us. For all orders placed after Tuesday, we will proceed with postage next Monday to ensure the freshness of the plants. If the shipment date falls on national Public Holidays, we will only proceed with the shipping on the next business day to avoid delay in delivery.

E-hailing or self-pickup option
For the e-hailing, it is the purchaser’s (or sender if it is a gift) responsibility to ensure the recipient will be at the location of the delivery on the date/time of delivery.
For self-pickup, the purchaser has to collect the plants based on the date option selected. The date, time and venue are stated clearly before you check out the order.
For urgent or surprise gift arrangements, kindly please contact us directly via Whatsapp for further arrangements.

Please note that the product prices on our shopee shop may differ from those displayed at our roadshow/ plant booth events. This can be due to various factors including promotions, inventory considerations etc
